The door mechanism on our UPVC front door jammed and we couldn’t gain entry, the key in the lock worked but the handle wouldn’t open the door. We found Val’s name on the MLA (Master Locksmith Association) website and asked if he could help us. We agreed 13:00 for the visit, Val actually arrived early and had the door open even before the appointment time. Once open he identified the broken mechanism showed us the issue and replaced the malfunctioning part.

My wife found this locksmith on google. Was local and we needed a door handle replacing. The chaps name was Val. We rang him out of hours and he replied and arranged a time a date to visit after i had explained the problem. Came out the next day and was bang on time. Very genuine man indeed and easy to chat to. Had a spare handle set in his van and also showed me a video recommending snaplocks and that the old systems were easy to break in to, Fitted the handle, oiled the locks and did a superb job..
